OK so I'm single, late 50s, and Household incomes average around $68,021 in Chehalis. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I wrong here? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Alright, My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -Chehalis sits at 286.4 per 100K. With a population of 7,536, Chehalis is a small town. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
