Curious what people think. I'm retired and Rent is about $2,683/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Does this match your experience? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development.
