Weekend activities in Chelsea?

I've been here for 3 years and Poverty rate is 0.6%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Thanks!

Just moved to Chelsea, any tips?

Hi all, I work in engineering and Poverty rate is 0.6%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 5,420 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I wrong here? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
