OK so I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $62,204, which feels about average for the area. It's a a small town city with about 1,543 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? TIA! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
