Anyone else feel this way? I'm a college student here and With a population of 11,011, Cherry Creek is a small town. The median home value here is around $856,800, which is pretty steep. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
