Alright, My partner and I are With a population of 11,011, Cherry Creek is a small town. Median household income is $147,618, which feels pretty solid for the area. Household incomes average around $147,618 in Cherry Creek. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 12 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Westside. It's better than expected for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in real estate. If you're in marketing you might struggle.

People: Generally challenging. It took about 12 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: hit or miss. Tons of options if you like Mediterranean.
