Is it worth buying in Cherry Grove?

Hey everyone, I'm a 52-year-old marketing manager and Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Is this normal for Cherry Grove? The city has invested a lot in new development.
