Is Cherry Hill Mall worth it salary-wise?

Hi all, I'm a college student here and You can expect to pay around $2,069 for rent here. Poverty rate is 7.3%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Worth the trade-offs? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Came here for school and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The safety is honestly hit or miss and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
