Longtime lurker here, I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $470,400 on average. Poverty rate is 6.0%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $470,400, which is pretty steep. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any advice would be great. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
