Is Cherry Valley worth it salary-wise?

Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a small town city with about 7,302 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I overthinking this? Thanks in advance! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it's not perfect but it works for me. Compared to Raleigh it's solid.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
