Not sure if this has been asked before, but We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $654,200, which is pretty steep. It's a a small town city with about 14,575 people. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
