Housing in Cherryland compared to Sacramento

Anyone else feel this way? Been living here since 2012. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I overthinking this?

I'm a accountant and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is hit or miss and there's always something going on.
