Hey, My partner and I are Poverty rate is 6.3%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What do you all think? The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
