Hey, I've been here for 7 years and The median home value here is around $359,100, which seems about average. Median household income is $94,189, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up.
