What's it really like living in Chesapeake?

Hey, I'm retired and Median household income is $94,189, which feels pretty solid for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Used to live on the Lakewood side, now on the Downtown side. Completely different vibe. it exceeded my expectations.
