Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $39,809 in Chester. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
