Pros and cons of Chester after 5 years
Hi all, Just moved here 16 months ago and It's a a smaller city city with about 33,209 people. Homes are going for about $85,400 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,080 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

- Boring for young people
- Far from major airports
Thoughts? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
