So, I'm a remote worker and The unemployment rate is 10.4%, which is concerning. Homes are going for about $85,400 on average. Household incomes average around $39,809 in Chester. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. Thoughts? The suburbs are where most families end up.
