Moving to Chester -what should I know?

I'm retired and Crime rate is something to consider -Chester sits at 203.3 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Moved here from LA about 2 years ago. it was the best decision I ever made. Still getting used to healthcare but Would recommend to anyone considering it..
