Planning a move to Chesterfield -neighborhoods?

Hi all, The unemployment rate is 4.6%, which is about average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Worth the trade-offs? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. public transit used to be much stable but now it's solid.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I love the pace of life here. Internet is better than expected in most areas.
