Anyone else love living in Chesterton?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm originally from Denver and The median home value here is around $280,400, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $1,145/month for a decent place. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Worth the trade-offs? The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want community vibe, then yeah this place is great. But if cost of living matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I've been living here for 11 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The traffic is underrated compared to other places I've lived. Overall No regrets on my end..

As someone who grew up here, the quality of life is solid. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cultural scene used to be much reasonable but now it's decent.
