What's it really like living in Chestnut Ridge?
First post here. Median household income is $113,750, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Anyone in a similar situation? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
