We're a young couple and Rent is about $1,786/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 6.1%, which is concerning. Median household income is $117,633, which feels pretty solid for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
