Hi all, I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $1,786 for rent here. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Is this normal for Cheverly? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
