Anyone else love living in Cheyenne?

So, I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $311,200 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,035 for rent here. Median household income is $77,176, which feels about average for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Cheyenne sits at 341.1 per 100K. Household incomes average around $77,176 in Cheyenne. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Pros:
- Great weather
- Diverse community
- Good healthcare facilities

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Limited dining options
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Poor road conditions
Thoughts? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's been a really good experience overall. Compared to Salt Lake City it's decent.

Came here for quality of life and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The traffic is honestly hit or miss and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
