It's a a smaller city city with about 64,976 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thoughts? Thanks for reading. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want public transit, then yeah this place is great. But if pet-friendliness matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is nightlife. Other than that, No regrets on my end..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a sales manager who relocated here from Boston about 8 years ago. The main reasons were family and my partner's job.
Pros I've experienced:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Lots of new development happening
- Good internet infrastructure
Cons that are real:
- Nightlife is limited
- Can feel isolated
Financially, we've found it excellent compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are established, gas is decent.
Socially, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
