I've been here for 19 years and It's a a smaller city city with about 64,976 people. The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $311,200 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Pros:
- Good schools
- Good healthcare facilities
- Strong sense of community

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Hot summers
- Limited nightlife
What neighborhoods would you suggest? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
