Is Cheyenne still affordable?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm retired and Rent is about $1,035/month for a decent place. With a population of 64,976, Cheyenne is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $1,035 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 64,976 people. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What would you do? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
