Hey everyone, Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $311,200, which seems about average. Rent is about $1,035/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Let me know your thoughts. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
