Quick question about Cheyenne

Hey folks, I'm a college student here and It's a a smaller city city with about 64,976 people. Homes are going for about $311,200 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I wrong here? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it was the best decision I ever made. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want walkability, then yeah this place is great. But if walkability matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 7 years and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The thing nobody mentions is outdoor recreation. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is average.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Cedar Grove side vs the South side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Hope this helps!.
