Curious what people think. It's a a major city city with about 2.7M people. With a population of 2.7M, Chicago is a major city. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Any advice would be great. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development.
