Job market in Chicago — what industries are hiring?

I'm in logistics and considering a move to Chicago, IL. How's the job market there? The unemployment rate shows 5.3% which seems average. But what does it actually look like on the ground?

Is it easy to network and find opportunities?

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Happy to answer more specific questions..
