Anyone else feel this way? I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thanks in advance! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
