Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2014. Homes are going for about $251,800 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 55,213 people. With a population of 55,213, Chicopee is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $251,800, which seems about average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What would you do? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
