Chillum quality of life -am I missing something?

Hey everyone, Homes are going for about $383,900 on average. Household incomes average around $78,513 in Chillum. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Moved here from Salt Lake City about 14 years ago. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Still getting used to dating scene but Would recommend to anyone considering it..
