OK so Just moved here 6 months ago and The median home value here is around $383,900, which seems about average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this? Any help is appreciated. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
