Moving from Los Angeles to Chillum next month

My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 4.6%, which is about average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What do you all think?

I've been living here for 14 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The safety is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want housing market, then yeah this place is great. But if housing market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
