Thinking about relocating to Chino Hills from Seattle
Curious what people think. I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 4.5%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $830,000 on average. The median home value here is around $830,000, which is pretty steep. With a population of 78,024, Chino Hills is a smaller city. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thoughts? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
