What Chino Hills does better than anywhere else

Been living here since 2019. The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. You can expect to pay around $2,750 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Chino Hills sits at 112.3 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in West area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.
