Just moved here 8 months ago and It's a a small town city with about 13,372 people. The median home value here is around $352,100, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Any advice would be great. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
