Is it worth buying in Chisago City?

Random thought, I'm originally from Cincinnati and Median household income is $96,964, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 45--F, so bundle up in winter. It's a a small town city with about 5,629 people. Poverty rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What would you do? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

My experience has been mostly positive. I'm still on the fence after all this time. The only thing I'd watch out for is public transit. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..
