Housing market in Choteau right now

Curious what people think. I'm retired and Median household income is $53,929, which feels on the lower side for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Let me know your thoughts.

Used to live on the North side, now on the Greenfield side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say I'm still on the fence after all this time. The nightlife is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..
