Not sure if this has been asked before, but I relocated for work and With a population of 4,753, Christiana is a small town. Rent is about $1,489/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $94,375 in Christiana. Poverty rate is 6.9%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Should I be concerned? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
