Alright, The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 7.8%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I overthinking this? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The healthcare is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..
