Is it worth buying in Christmas?

We're a young couple and Crime rate is something to consider -Christmas sits at 602.6 per 100K. Average temperature is around 72--F, so it's warm year-round. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks in advance!

My experience has been mostly positive. it exceeded my expectations. The only thing I'd watch out for is safety. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. I genuinely enjoy living here. Worth doing your research before committing.
