Why I chose Chubbuck over bigger cities
Anyone else feel this way? Been living here since 2013. The median home value here is around $313,700, which seems about average. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Chubbuck sits at 238.9 per 100K. Homes are going for about $313,700 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to.
