I'm in tech and considering a move to Chula Vista, CA. How's the job market there? The unemployment rate shows 5.6% which seems average. But what does it actually look like on the ground?

Can confirm the safety issue. But it really depends on the neighborhood. Midtown and Downtown are perfectly safe.
