Hey, I relocated for work and With a population of 3,102, Churchill is a small town. Median household income is $105,924, which feels pretty solid for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a project manager who relocated here from Nashville about 14 years ago. The main reasons were family and school.
Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Diverse dining options
- Strong sense of community
Cons that are real:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Limited shopping options
Financially, we've found it improving compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are competitive, gas is solid.
Socially, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it exceeded my expectations. Compared to Nashville it's solid.

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Fairview area are pretty good. Kids love it here.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
