Is it worth buying in Cibolo?

First post here. Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $324,600, which seems about average. Median household income is $125,230, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Hot take but I love the pace of life here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 11 years here, that's my honest assessment.
