Not sure if this has been asked before, but We're a young couple and With a population of 18,808, Cimarron Hills is a small town. Poverty rate is 7.1%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
